1) The furniture on the site are made in Italy?
All products purchased on Smart Office boast aesthetic and technical solutions guaranteed by an Italian design, 100% Made in Italy. Mobiliufficio.com ensures the originality of all products sold and will never sell products of parallel imports or counterfeit. Items purchased on www.mobiliufficio.com are all new, never used nor displayed in any store. We also offer 5 year warranty for any manufacturing defect.
2)What are the delivery times?
The items are shipped with cardboard packaging produced by us. All orders made regularly from Monday to Friday before 16.00 are dispatched the same day. The estimated delivery times are an average of 7 working days. An automatic email will notify you of despatch. In order to have a fast and safe delivery is necessary to specify the destination address as precisely as possible. Smart Office is not responsible for any delay and / or non-delivery caused by incomplete addresses or inadequately provided when ordering. Anyway Smart Office is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the carrier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim for damages of any kind.
3) How is the delivery?
The delivery of the ordered items always refers to the street level. Will be borne by the customer pick up the goods from the middle. If the delivery address is found to be accessible to our means, delivery will be made by private courier with a premium agreed with the customer.
4) How much is shipping and how can I get free shipping?
The cost of shipping is equal to 10% of taxable under 1000 € to any destination within the Italian territory. By placing an order for an amount equal to or greater than 1000 euro shipping will always be free for any order with a destination in Italy.
5) I will alert someone of delivery? Can I track the shipment?
The moment the goods you ordered is shipped, we will send an automatic email confirmation despatch (delivery note. Within this email will show the exact day of delivery and the phone number of our driver in charge. From day shipment usually takes 3/4 working days for the goods to arrive at your destination..
6) What happens if the day of delivery, the courier can not find anyone to the shipping?
In the event that the courier can not find someone to the shipping address provided at the time of the order, the goods will return "in stock" at our production facility, and will be re-delivered the next week unless appointment agreed with the customer.
7) The installation is included? How do I apply?
The service assembly of the furniture is on demand. To get an estimate of the costs related to the assembly of furniture ordered is sufficient during the purchase check the "Quote assembly", or call Toll 800-16.86.91 referring to the serial number.
8) Can I download / create a quote?

9) Can I customize or request a custom furniture?
Yes. Usually the personalization of custom furniture is a possible solution that requires a 30% increase in the value of the goods. You can request a special measure of all articles or even a special color outside of the standard ones, you can contact us to find out any possibility and the exact price difference due to customization. This change often requires delivery times longer than 7 days.

11) Can I change the goods purchased or making the return?
Yes. If the goods you bought is not more to your liking, you can make the return request from our customer service and pay an amount equal to 10% of the tax for the costs of withdrawal. Once verified the integrity of the product, we will proceed to the change of the material (with shipping costs charged to the customer) or refund the amount you paid.
12) I received the material and found defects, what do I do?
For any problem encountered during the reception of the material just make a notation on the bill and send back the material, we will in a few days to replace defective items with new ones. If you notice the defect then just send a photo of the defective items at email@example.com and indicate invoice number and any additional notes. Once they know the damage at our expense we will send you the goods in replacement at no additional cost.
