1) Are the furniture on the site made in Italy?
All the products that can be purchased on Smart Office boast aesthetic and technical solutions guaranteed by an Italian design, 100% Made in Italy. Mobili ufficio.com ensures the originality of all products sold and will never sell parallel or counterfeit imported products. The items purchased on www.mobili ufficio.com are all new, never used or displayed in any point of sale. We also offer a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defect (* see description under point 13).
2) What are the delivery times?
The items are shipped with cardboard packaging produced by us. All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday by 4.00 pm will be processed on the same day. Estimated delivery times are on average 7 working days. An automatic email will notify you of the shipment. In order to have a fast and safe delivery it is necessary to indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. Smart Office is not responsible for any delays and / or non-deliveries caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses when ordering. In any case Smart Office is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
3) How does the delivery take place?
The delivery of the ordered items is always meant on the street level. It will be up to the customer to collect the goods from the vehicle. If the delivery address is not accessible to our vehicles, delivery will take place by private courier with a surcharge agreed with the customer.
4) How much does shipping cost and how can I get free shipping?
The cost of shipping is 10% of the taxable amount below 1000 euros for any destination within the Italian territory. By placing an order for an amount equal to or greater than 1000 euros, shipping will always be free for any order with destination in Italy.
5) Will someone notify me of the delivery? Can I track the shipment?
When the goods you have ordered are shipped, we will send you an automatic mail confirming the shipment (delivery note. From the day of shipment it usually takes 3/4 working days for the goods to arrive at your destination. .
6) What happens if the courier does not find anyone at the shipping address on the day of delivery?
In the event that the courier does not find someone at the shipping address provided at the time of the order, the goods will return "in stock" at our production plant, and will be returned to delivery the following week unless an appointment agreed with the customer.
7) Is assembly included? How can I request it?

8) Can I download / create a quote?

3) Go to the cart summary page and click on the "Download quote" button.
In this way you will download a document in PDF format that contains your personalized quote ready to print.
9) Can I customize or request a custom-made piece of furniture?
Yes. Usually the customization of made-to-measure furniture is a possible solution that requires an increase of 30% of the value of the goods. You can request a special size of all items or even a special color outside the standard ones, you can contact us to know the possible possibility and the exact price difference due to customization. This change often requires delivery times longer than 7 days.

11) Can I exchange the purchased goods or return them?
Yes. In the event that the goods you have purchased are no longer to your liking, you can return them by requesting them from our customer service and pay an amount equal to 10% of the taxable amount for collection costs. Once the integrity of the product has been verified, we will proceed to change the material (with shipping costs to be paid by the customer) or to refund the amount paid by you.
12) I have received the material and found some defects, what do I do?
For any problem encountered during the receipt of the material, just make a note on the bill and send the material back, we will replace the defective items with new ones within a few days. If you notice the defect later, just send a photo of the defective items to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the invoice number and any additional notes. 13) How long is the warranty?
The furniture warranty is 2 years, 5 years for the seats with restrictions;

- The product is guaranteed for breakages attributable to manufacturing defects and parts subject to wear, such as coatings and wheels, are obviously excluded;
- During the first 6 months, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be completely free;
- From the 7th to the 24th month, all repairs will be free and only the transport from / to the customer will be charged;
- From the 25th to the 60th month, all spare parts will be free and only labor and transport from / to the customer will be charged;
- The gas movements have a 24 month warranty;
- The guarantee becomes effective when the product leaves our factory;Smartoffice srl reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in case of inappropriate use of the product or tampering with it by third parties.
