SmartOffice also ships abroad by express courier.

The cost of transport varies according to the country of destination.

The transport costs contribution is applied only once, to a single order, regardless of the number of products inserted.

SmartOffice entrusts international shipments to the courier as UPS or Independent. When the order is processed from our warehouse, the courier takes over the delivery. From the day of shipment it usually takes 48/72 hours (working days) for European destinations, 48/96 hours (working days) for all other destinations.

At the time of shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, to be entered on the courier's website, in order to track the shipment.

It should be noted that no courier makes preventive phone calls and does not manage shipments that require particular times. Product deliveries will take place during working days from 9.00 a.m. at 18.00 p.m. The recipient of the package is invited to check and ensure its integrity immediately upon collection and in front of the courier in charge of delivery.

No courier will check the contents of the package before having signed for delivery. In the event that you are not the one to collect the package directly, please inform who will collect it. We thank you for your cooperation.

In order to have a fast and safe delivery it is necessary to indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. MobiliUfficio.com is not responsible for any delays and / or non-deliveries caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses when ordering. In any case Smartoffice is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EXTRA EU

SmartOffice also ships outside the European Union.

For shipments to Switzerland there is an additional cost of 20% on the value of the taxable amount to be considered.

The amount relating to products purchased by non-EU residents on the site Mobili ufficio.com and connected domains is to be considered non-taxable IVA ex art. 8 co. 1 lett. a) DPR 633/72.

SmartOffice will not refund any amount paid by the buyer relating to value added taxes calculated on the value of the transaction, even if applied according to the current rates.
